Does iTunes work with Windows 7?

I don't know that it is the right place to ask this question or not but i need to know this. Does i tunes works properly with Win7? I don't have MAC and don't want to use it. I love windows. I heard a lot of good things about i tunes. So i want to use i tunes in my PC.
